How do I join the pilot?+
Message EPIC on WhatsApp using the button on this page. EPIC will confirm pilot availability and walk you through assisted setup — there is no self-service sign-up during the pilot.
Will the AI message my customers without me?+
On the Managed WhatsApp Inbox pilot, replies are drafted for you. Nothing sends without your say-so unless you choose to let it, and you can take over any conversation instantly. The AI never invents prices or promises — if it doesn't know, it hands off to you.
What does the Smart Business Line pilot cost?+
US$0.10/min flat, billed from a prepaid wallet you top up in EC$25, EC$50, or EC$100. No monthly fee during the pilot.
What does the Managed WhatsApp Inbox pilot cost?+
US$39/month, with the first month free. Pilot customers are invoiced manually from month two.
What's coming next?+
